Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who are moderately active and independent. 2. Had a natural menopause more than 3 years. 3. Mini mental status examination score of less than and equal to 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of an acute medical condition that would affect participation in the exercise program (eg. Unstable blood pressure, acute myocardial infraction etc. 2. Participants if they had taken part in any Pilates - based exercise within the last 2 years. 3. Any musculoskeletal injury, neurological and cardiovascular that would compromise the participation. 4. Any surgery in the past 6 months that compromised to participates in Pilates training. 5. Presence of artificial prosthesis. 6. Currently undergoing active treatment of cancer. 7. If any hormonal replacement therapy was done.
