Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate students aged between 18 to 25 years. Students who have been using smartphones for a minimum of 1 year. Students with a daily smartphone usage of 5 hours or more. Students who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a recent history of upper limb fractures. Individuals with congenital anomalies. Students on medication or with a history of psychiatric or neurological conditions. Students with chronic cardiovascular or respiratory conditions.
