Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age 20 to 60 years, of either sex. b. Patients with classic feature of Avabahuka. c. Patients willing to undergo clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Age less than 20 years and greater than 60 years. b. Patients not willing to undergo clinical trial c. Rotator cuff injuries, impingement, tendonitis, arthritis, fracture, neurological involvement d. Uncontrolled diabetes/ thyroid/ hypertension/ bleeding disorder/ severe comorbidities. e. Pregnancy/lactation
