Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Volleyball players aging between 18 25 years 2. Players practicing volleyball at least 3 times per week 3. Players with minimum of 2 years of volleyball training experience 4. Willingness to participate in all training sessions and testing procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of major lower-limb injuries (e.g., ACL tear, ankle fracture) in the past 6 months 2. Participation in additional structured strength, agility, or balance training outside the study protocol 3. Any cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, or systemic health condition contraindicating high-intensity training 4. Players unable to commit to the full duration of the intervention or testing schedule
