Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with rotator cuff tendinopathy (Grade 1 or 2) 2.Symptoms lasting more than 6 weeks 3.Decreased Shoulder Flexion and Abduction ROM 4.Willingness to participate and provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Full-thickness rotator cuff tears 2.History of recent shoulder surgery 3.Fractures or dislocations 4.Neurological deficits 5.Recent steroid injection ( 6.Contraindications to PBMT or ESWT
