Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Internal Haemorrhoids willing to participate in study. Patients with Internal Haemorrhoids having age between 18 to 70 yrs will be selected for the study. Patients with Ist and IIst degree Internal Haemorroids will be selected. Patients with Internal Haemorrhoids will be selected irrespective of sex, religion, marital status, educational and economic status. Patients with Internal Haemorrhoids having symptoms like Per rectal Bleeding , pain, itching, mucous discharge will be selected. Patients of Internal Haemorroids with controlled DM will be selected.(RBS is less than 140mg/dl). Patients of Internal Haemorroids with controlled HTN will be selected. Patients of Internal Haemorroids with Hb is greater than equal to 8 gm% will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with IIIrd degree and ivth degree Haemorrhoids and Secondary Haemorrhoids will be excluded. Patients with Hb less than 8 gm% will be excluded. Patients of Internal Haemorrhoids with acute fissure in ano will be excluded.Haemorrhoids with any type of anorectal abscesses will be excluded.Patients of Internal Haemorrhoid with uncontrolled DM will be excluded.(RBS is greater than 140mg/dl) Patients of Internal Haemorrhoids with uncontrolled HTN will be excluded . Noncooperative patients. Immuno-compromised patients. 9. Patients with other systemic diseases will be excluded.
