Inclusion criteria: The primary clinical presentation is the basis for diagnostic criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discontinuation of treatment in between the study. Cases with complication like chronic tonsillitis, peritonsillar abscess, parapharyngeal abscess, otitis media, rheumatic fever.
