Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 35-50 years 2. Women who have undergone abdominal hysterectomy for benign gynecological indications 3. 3-6 months post-hysterectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed psychiatric conditions 2. Patients who underwent chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy 3. Hysterectomy due to childbirth-related complications 4. Recent abdominal surgeries in the past 1 year
