Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with of acute coronary syndrome: ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) Non ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome (NST-ACS) i.e (unstable angina (UA) and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients less than 18 years Patients greater than 80 years of age Pregnant and lactating women Patients not consenting participation in the study. Patients with non-cardiac chest pain Patients with stable angina Patients with infective endocarditis Patients with rheumatic heart disease Patients with cardiomyopathies Patients with acute and chronic infections Patients with acute and chronic inflammatory conditions Patients with malignancies, hematological diseases, HIV/AIDS, and other immunodeficiency states Patients prescribed with steroids, immunosuppressants, or on chemotherapy
