Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years who have undergone CABG surgery. Patients who have undergone CABG surgery and are in the recovery phase(e.g.,3-7 days post-surgery). Patients with stable hemodynamics (normal blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation). Patients experiencing mild to moderate post-surgical pain as assessed by NPRS scale. Patients reporting difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings, or poor sleep quality after surgery. Willing to participate in the study .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe infections, hemodynamic instability, or life threatening conditions. Patients with diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, stroke, or any condition affecting foot sensation. Presence of open wounds in the feet, ulcers, skin infections in the feet, or severe edema in the feet. History of embolism (massage could dislodge clots)
