Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrolled as a First-year BSc Nursing student first semester during the study, Attending Anatomy & Physiology course during the study period, Willing to provide written informed consent, Available for the full intervention period and follow-up assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior participation in a formal brain-based learning / cognitive training program targeting working memory within the last 12 months, Severe physical illness or hospitalization during the study period.
