Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject studying in and around Ayurved College and Hospital Subject who is willing to join survey study subjects who are using Electronic gadgets like smart phone and or laptop nonstop 2 hours or more daily from last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers Patient suffering from type I diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and uncontrolled hypertension Drug induced and uncontrolled dyslipidemia Patient having systemic illness like tuberculosis carcinoma and endocrinal disorders or major illness like renal and liver disorders Patient having the past history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina Patients having clinical features of CCF Subject having complaint of depression mania or any psychological disorders Subject having complaint of insomnia Subjects doing Night shift job
