Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Male and female university students aged 18-25 years. -Smartphone Addiction Scale - Short Version (SAS-SV) scores greater and equal to 31 for males and scores greater and equal to 33 for females -Willing to participate in the full 6-week intervention and follow-up assessments. -No prior exposure to structured yoga training.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe medical conditions (neurological or psychiatric disorders) Substance abuse (except nicotine). Head injuries or cognitive impairments (Mini-Mental Status Exam score less than 24) Students already engaged in regular yoga practice Participants unwilling to commit to the full study duration
