Inclusion criteria: Nursing Students who are Enrolled in 3rd semester Currently undergoing clinical posting in medical surgical nursing where fall prevention is relevant. Available during data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing Students who are Already attended SBAR or any simulation training on fall prevention Refuse to give consent
