Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients of age 18-50 ASA Class I patients Presence of impacted mandibular third molar classified as Pell and Gregory Class I or II and Position A

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised patients or patients with systemic disease Patients smoking or chewing tobacco Pregnant and lactating females
