Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include older adults aged between 60 to 70 years who are stable to answer the questions, only those who are willing to participate and provide consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the individuals who has undergone major surgeries, condition that affects mobility, any neurological disorders and the individuals who are severely cognitive impaired and the individuals who are not willing to provide consent will be excluded from the study

the study aims to compare the prevalence and severity of sarcopenia, Mental health, percieved social support among working and non working older adults. it will also examine the relationship between sarcopenia, depression and social support at baseline.Timepoint: 12 Weeks

The study aims to assess the relationship between sarcopenia, mental health status, and perceived social support among older adults and to examine the influence of employment status on these variables.Timepoint: 12 weeks
