Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Known diabetes Type 1 or 2 with a chronic non-healing Diabetic foot ulcer for more than 4 weeks in duration. University of Texas classification of DFU, Grade 1 and 2, and Stage A & B Triphasic and Biphasic arterial flow on Doppler in the affected limb (DPA or PTA). ABPI more than 0.8 Pt suffering numbness and loss of pain sensation at the wound (sensory peripheral neuropathy) Written informed consent obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No biphasic or monophasic flow or absent pulses ABI INDEX less than 0.8 Ulcers belonging to University of Texas Classification Grade 3 or 4, Stage C & D. Chronic Kidney Disease /or Acute Kidney Failure Allergy to Maggots or intolerance to MDT materials or dressings. Diabetic Emergencies like DKA/HHC cases Septicemic cases
