Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than equal to 18 years 2.Minimally invasive and open lung resection, including both anatomical lung resections and non- anatomical lung resections

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy to ICG 2.Asthmatic patients 3.Patients with preoperative imaging showing bullae larger than 1 cm. 4.Not willing to take part in study

Number of new points of air leak detected by inhalational ICG test. 2.Incidence of post operative air leak at 24 hours 3.Incidence of persistent air leak as defined by STS criteria. 4.Duration of intercostal drainage tube. 5.Length of hospital stay 6.Air leak related complications 7.Comparison with our own historical cohort 8.Identify factors associated with prolonged air leak.Timepoint: In the intraoperative period.
