Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Galega Officinalis: Galega Officinalis 6C 3 grain tablet 2 times daily
Q or 1X or 3X 10 drops diluted in 30ml of water 2 times for one-month further repetitions will be done according to fasting blood sugar and HbA1c level Control Intervention1: Metformin 500 mg to 1000

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Cases with FBS greater than or equal to 126mg/dl,HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5 % 2)Age group between 35-70 years of both gender and all socio economic group 3)Patients who have given consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with uncontrolled hyperglycemia 2)Patients with complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus and severe comorbidities 3)Pregnant and lactating women

To assess the changes in FBS and HbA1c levels of patients with Type II diabetes mellitus after administering Homoeopathic medicine Galega Officinalis. To study whether the Galega Officinalis in patients with Type II diabetes mellitus is more effective than the patients under Metformin. Timepoint: Changes in the FBS and HbA1C from baseline to 6 months before and after treatment with Galega Officinalis and Metformin
