Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy collage going students 2 Able and willing to provide informed consent and all testing sessions 3 No pain or acute injury of the upper limb at base line

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Current or recent upper limb fracture (wrist forearm elbow) 2 Neurological disorders 3 Use of medication which affect muscle performance 4 Cognitive impairment that prevents valid testing
