Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 35 to 55 years. 2) Patients diagnosed with hypertension for at least 6 months. 3) Irrespective of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hypertensive Patients having history of other systemic diseases (renal diseases, endocrine diseases, individuals on oral hypoglycemic drugs) 2) Individuals with addictions like tobacco, smoking, and alcohol. 3) Pregnancy-induced hypertension. 4) History of recent major surgery or hospitalization.
