Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 40 and 65 years Diagnosed with chronic frozen shoulder (Symptoms more than 3 months) NPRS more than 3 out of 10 (moderate to severe pain) Unilateral shoulder involvement Both male and female participants Willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder fracture or surgery Neurological conditions affecting the upper limb Rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic inflammatory disorders Cervical radiculopathy Recent corticosteroid injection in the shoulder (within last 3 months)
