Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 65 years ASA physical status I III Elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation Mallampati class I III Patients providing written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Predicted difficult airway requiring advanced airway techniques Mouth opening less than 3cm Cervical spine instability or restricted neck movement Emergency surgeries Patients requiring rapid sequence induction Known airway pathology Patients refusing consent
