Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All paediatric patients admitted in PICU initiated on High flow nasal cannula and whose parents consent for participation will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hemodynamic instability or GCS less than 12 or tracheostomy or nasal bleed or CSF rhinorrhoea or facial deformity or patients cycled between HFNC and NIV or Patients in whom HFNC abruptly stopped for major surgical intervention requiring invasive ventilatory support
