Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children 6 12 years diagnosed with Cancer and receiving chemotherapy. 2. Children with WHO oral mucositis grade 0 3 at baseline 3. Willingness of parents / guardians to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to dairy products or ghee. 2. Critically ill or on palliative care. 3. Mucositis due to causes other than chemotherapy. 4. Children with severe oral mucositis (WHO Grade 4) at baseline.
