Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are diagnosed with hypothyroidism disorder Subjects who are keen to participate in this program Subjects can follow the treatment instructions and respond to the survey questions in English to a satisfactory level Under hypothyroidism medicines for 6months to less than 5 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychotic disorder, Coronary artery disease, DVT, hypertension with beta blockers Pregnant and breast feeding women If undergone any surgery in last 6months
