Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selected subjects whose age ranged from 20 to 40 years The BMI requirements for the selection of subjects were evaluated between 25 to 30 kg/m2 BMI requirements are selected in compliance with WHO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person has any type of systemic or other illness or on any type of medication Excluded were the subjects of BMI upto 25 and above 30 Normal water is advice to drink during whole day cool and chilled water will be avoided for drinking
