Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Aamvata as per Ayurvedic and clinical features Willing to participate and able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic systemic illness (renal, hepatic, cardiac disorders) Pregnant or lactating women Patients taking corticosteroids or immunosuppressive therapy Patients with active infection or malignancy
