Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age range: 19-26 years -All genders -Engineering students in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of their B. Tech course (MIT, MAHE) -Currently enrolled in the regular full-time course in any branch of engineering
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Currently diagnosed with and/or seeking treatment for a mental health condition. -Have undergone 3 structured psychotherapy sessions
