Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having signs and symptoms of dushta vrana (infected wound) 2.patient irrespective of religion,gender and socio-economic status will be selected. 3.Dushta vrana within size length and width upto 5cm ,depth upto 0.5 4.Superficial wound involving only epidermis and dermal papillae.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from major illness like cirrhosis,Ascitis,Renal failure,DM,Leprosy, Pregnancy,Jaundice,HIV,Hbsag,septicemiaetc 2.Patient with malignancy 3.bleeding disorders. 4.complex and multiple operative or diabetic wound 5.Anemic patient less than9

To evaluate the effect of Apamarga kshar pichu on vedna,strava,kandu,varna,gandha and slough in dushta vranaTimepoint: 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) To review literature of Apamarga Kshar Pichu. 2) To review Dushta Vrana according to Ayurveda & modern. 3) To evaluate effect of eusol solution in Dushta Vrana with reference to infected wound 4) To evaluate comparative effect of Apamarga Kshar Pichu & eusol solution. 5) To observe any adverse side effect if any.Timepoint: 15 days
