Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed cases of Urolithiasis (by Ultrasound scan of Whole Abdomen) 2)age group 20- 60 years of both sexes 3)stone size up to 8 mm 4)Those who have given consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Cases with severe hydronephrosis 2)Cases with renal failure 3)Cases with Pyelonephritis 4)Patients with other comorbidities like Diabetes mellitus

To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Lycopodium clavatum 30 and Individualised Homoeopathic Medicine in reducing the symptoms and diagnostic findings in patients with Urolithiasis by assessing Ultrasound scan of Whole Abdomen and Urolithiasis Symptom Score (USS).Timepoint: Treatment effectiveness will be evaluated from the baseline to the end of 3 months, taking into account in the reduction of the symptoms and diagnostic findings in patients with urolithiasis determined by Ultrasound scan of Whole Abdomen and the patients improved symptomatic state is determined by Urolithiasis symptom score( at the end of 3 month)
