Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with clinical sign & symptoms of Katishoola Age cadre 25 to 65 years irrespective of gender occupation marital status socio economic statusetc Basti Araha Patient willing to join the study and giving written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Basti Anarha Patient age below 2 5 years and above 65 years Patient with known history of critical systemic disorders like HBsAG HIV uncontrolled DM/Hypertension TB Pregnancy Lactating mother Neurological disorder Anorectal disorders Malignacy Congenital problems Cardinal disorders etc Patient suffering from fractures and with permanent joint deformities Patient with Lumbar Spine injury having any marked deformities of spinal column and patient those indicated for surgical care
