Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who are 1. Diagnosed with dermatological conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis with a duration of more than 2 weeks and less than 5 years. 2. attending dermatology OPD and IPD. 3. age group above 20 years old. 4. willing to participate and give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients with 1. Malignant skin conditions or dermatological emergencies. 2. uncertain diagnosis or unclear duration of disease. 3. newly diagnosed with dermatological conditions. 4. severe systemic illness, such as severe drug reactions, autoimmune connective tissue disorders, and vasculitic disorders. 5. inability to respond and cognitive impairments.
