Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary caregiver of a Gastro intestinal cancer patient who has been diagnosed for more than 6 months, 2 nd and 3 rd stage of Gastro intestinal tract cancer including colorectal and gastric cancers, Caregivers of patient who have undergone surgical management within the past 6 months to 1 year and are currently undergoing chemotherapy, Caregivers willingness to participate in Audio recorded interviews, Able to communicate in Tamil or English, Caregivers of patient admitted for more than 3 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Professional/paid caregivers, Caregivers with cognitive impairment, severe mental illness or communication difficulties, Caregivers of terminally ill Gastrointestinal cancer patient.
