Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Freestyle Swimmers with experience more than 2 years, All genders between 18 to 30 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recreational Swimmers Swimmers with history of injury within 6 months Recent surgery

Swim sprint speed (Duration in Seconds)Timepoint: The immediate effects are evaluated. Following the intervention, the participant will be asked to sprint for Post-Evaluation with a rest interval of 4-6 minutes
