Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18-24 years 2 Both males and females 3 College going students 4 Participants with minimum 1year of training experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent musculoskeletal injury previous 6 months. Participant who have any kind of surgery which affecting movement balance and co ordination. Medical history of asthma shortness of breath that limits physical performance. Refusal to provide inform consent with study instructions
