Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects having symptoms of migraine without aura diagnosed based on ICHD 3 diagnostic criteria of Migraine provided by International Headache Society ; as follows: A. At least five attacks fulfilling criteria B-D B. Headache attacks lasting 4-72 hours (untreated or unsuccessfully treated) C. Headache has at least two of the following four characteristics: unilateral location pulsating quality moderate or severe pain intensity aggravation by or causing avoidance of routine physical activity (e.g., walking or climbing stairs) D. During headache at least one of the following: nausea and/or vomiting photophobia and/or phonophobia E. Not better accounted for by another ICHD-3 diagnosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects contraindicated for Nasyakarma. 2. Other types of shirashoola like tension type headache etc. 3. Subjects suffering from other systemic diseases like uncontrolled DM etc. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Ardhavabhedaka complicated with loss of hearing and vision.
