Intervention1: experimental group: Retro walking (Performed on a motorized treadmill for 15 minute in each session for 3 days/week for 4 weeks at self-paced speed) + conventional exercises. Control I

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recreational basketball players 2. players having non specific low back pain 3. players who are willing to participate 4. both genders 5. age 18-26

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. past history of injury over 3 weeks 2. past history of surgery within last 3 months 3. any other neurological or systemic diseases 4. previous exercise treatment for back pain within 3 months
