Intervention1: Nasal Rehabilitation Protocol: Participants in the intervention group will receive the same education as the control group along with additional training on nasal rehabilitation exercis

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with a diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis, Who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with nasal polyps. People who are previously doing Pranayama. Gross septal deviation. History of tracheostomy dependence. Nasal tumors. Previous nasal surgery. Patients with a craniofacial disorder syndrome history, such as Collins, Down, Treacher, etc. Patients with severe psychological problems. Smokers.
