Inclusion criteria: Male patients from 21 to 60 yeras Patients have classical symptoms of klaibya Subject willing to participate in study after consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe systemic illness including uncontrolled hypertension CKD congenital diseases etc
