Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate in study. 2. Patients having age between 18 -70 years 3. Patients will be selected irrespective of Sex, Marital Status, Religion, Educational status. 4. Patient of Bhagandara having single tract. 5. Patient with tract length up to 6cm 6. Co-operative patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate in the study. 2. Patient with tract length more than 6 cm. 3. Patient suffering from Crohn s disease , Ulcerative colitis, ameboisis,IBS ,anorectal abscess. 4. Multiple Fistula in Ano , CA of Rectum. 5. Immuno-compromised patients. 6. Non Co-operative patients.
