Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To estimate the prevalence of physiologically difficult airway in the intensive care unit. To predict physiological determinants associated with physiologically difficult airway To predict physiological determinants associated with peri-intubation adverse eventsTimepoint: at time zero, immediate | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To estimate the prevalence of an anatomical difficult airway and the combined prevalence of an anatomical and physiological difficult airway. To evaluate the utility of difficult airway physiology score (DAPS) in ICU. To evaluate the practice pattern of using medications, adjuvants and techniques of intubation in intensive care unitTimepoint: At same time | — |
