Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary school teachers of age group 30 to 56yrs irrespective of genders Those who have been in teaching profession for minimum 5 yrs Teachers with a minimum of 3 hours of teaching per day Those who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are diagnosed cases of CVA Asthma CA Larynx Hypothyroidism other Laryngeal pathologies Those who underwent neck surgeries Thyroidectomy Participants having upper respiratory tract infections at the time of data collections
