Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 years and above including both males and females. Medically diagnosed unilateral BPPV. Diagnosed unilateral PC BPPV confirmed by Dix Hallpike test. ABC score less than 50%. No prior vestibular rehabilitation in the last 4 weeks. Able to follow instructions and perform exercises independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological disorders, severe cardiovascular disease, associated metabolic disorders, psychiatric conditions (anxiety, stress or other major psychiatric disorders) and vestibular hypofunction. Cervical spine pathology preventing positional maneuvers. Vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Recent head trauma or inner ear surgery. Concurrent balance disorders not related to BPPV. Age-related dizziness and balance problems. Patients with anterior or lateral canal BPPV. Individuals currently receiving vestibular suppressant medications.
