Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age Group of Individuals aged 60 years and above geriatric population. 2 Balance Impairment from Mild to moderate balance impairments by berg Balance Scale 3 Cognitive Ability of Mini-Mental State Examination score less than or equal to 24 4 Ambulatory Status of Individuals who are ambulatory with or without assistive devices 5 Consent of Willingness to participate with informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe Cognitive Impairment of MMSE score less than 24 2 Severe Visual or Auditory Impairments 3 Neurological Conditions Affecting Balance to Diagnosed neurological disorders such as Parkinson s disease, Stroke with severe residual deficits, Multiple sclerosis, Vestibular disorders 4 Orthopedic Limitations of Severe musculoskeletal disorders e.g., severe osteoarthritis, recent fractures, lower limb amputations that limit stepping ability. 5 Uncontrolled Cardiovascular or Metabolic Disorders of Uncontrolled hypertension, recent myocardial infarction, uncontrolled diabetes, or other systemic illnesses contraindicating physical activity 7 Participation in Other Balance Training Programs
