Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female swimmers aged 15 to 18 years Engaged in training more than or 3 sessions per week Free from any injuries atleast 3 months prior to baseline At risk for or showing mild to moderate features of the Female Athlete Triad assessed through FAT CRA, FAST Able to commit to full intervention schedule and testing appointments Parental consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of menstrual onset due to non-sport causes Concurrent participation in another study Psychological unstable. Use of any pharmacological agents. Current acute injury- muscle, strain, sprain, fracture. Acute systematic illness within 7 days of baseline settings
