Inclusion criteria: Working mother with children aged 2-5 years, sleep deprivation, and stressed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mother with open wound Mothers with cognitive impairment. Mothers with severe diseases of the heart, lung, liver, or kidney Gestational mothers
