Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted for hip fracture surgery Age between 18 to 75 years ASA Grades I to III Duration o f surgery less than 3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing consent for procedure Infections at the block site Known allergy to local anaesthetic agents Coagulopathy Diabetic Neuropathy Inability to understand VAS Score Neurological deficits in the lower limb Duration of surgery more than 3hour
