Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having intermittent mild persistent moderate persistent chronic airway diseases who are using inhalers 2) Participants in the age group of 30 to 70 years of both sexes and all socioeconomic group 3) Cases with PEFR Value above 50 percentage 4) Those who have given consent for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with severe chronic diseases and comorbidities 2)Cases having severe persistent chronic airway diseases 3) Patients on medications other than inhalers 4) Pregnant women and lactating mothers
