Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with clinical signs and symptoms like wheezing, dyspnea, chest tightness and cough Patients with FEV1 greater than or equal to 15% decrease on spirometry on arrival at OPD Cases with FEV1/FVC ratio less than 80%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant with severe asthma. Patients with PEFR values below 50% need emergency management. Patients having other severe systemic diseases like coronary artery diseases, chronic kidney diseases, restrictive and obstructive lung diseases other than asthma
